RF Carpets & Flooring ("we") collects the details you give us through our booking form so we can arrange your visit and carry out your flooring work.
What we collect
Your name, phone number, email address, home address and postcode, plus details about your job such as rooms, flooring type, preferred date and any notes you add.
How we use it
- To contact you about your booking and confirm times
- To measure, quote for and fit your flooring
- To send invoices and take payment
Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and carrying out that contract.
Who we share it with
Booking requests are stored by our website host, Netlify. Card payments are processed by Stripe, and we never see or store your card details. We don't sell your details or use them for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and job records for up to 6 years for accounting and warranty purposes, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Contact us at sales.rafflooring@gmail.com or 07807 004332. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
